When you submit a quote request through our Contact Us form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any design files or images you send us. We do not currently operate an online checkout, so we do not collect payment card information through the Site.
Our Site also uses cookies to support essential functions and, if you consent, to analyze traffic and improve your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings control in the footer.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests, prepare and fulfill custom print orders, communicate with you about your order, and improve our products and services. We do not sell your personal information.
We work with a print-on-demand production partner (Printify) to fulfill some orders. When applicable, limited order details, such as shipping information and the design file, are shared with our production partner solely to complete your order.
Data Retention
We retain quote requests, order records, and submitted design files for as long as needed to fulfill your order, respond to inquiries, and meet our recordkeeping and tax obligations under Texas and federal law, after which we securely delete or archive the information.
Your Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing orders@wvmkrs.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
