These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wvmkrs.com (the “Site”) and any custom print order placed with WVMKRS (“WVMKRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Houston, Texas. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Custom Print Orders
WVMKRS creates custom-printed apparel and merchandise based on quote requests submitted through our Contact Us form. Orders are not final until we confirm pricing, quantity, and turnaround with you directly. We aim to respond to quote requests within 1-2 business days.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on the design, quantity, and print complexity, and will be quoted to you before production begins. We accept cash, check, Cash App, and Venmo. Full or partial payment may be required before we begin production, as agreed at the time of your quote.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, designs, logos, or images for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant WVMKRS permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring your submitted design does not infringe on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other rights. WVMKRS reserves the right to decline any order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Production & Turnaround
Turnaround time varies by order size and complexity and will be communicated at the time of quote. Local pickup is available in the Houston, TX area; delivery details will be provided once your order is ready.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because each order is custom-produced, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us as soon as possible at orders@wvmkrs.com. If an item arrives damaged or with a print defect that is our error, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right with a reprint or refund, at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
WVMKRS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision.
